Lionel Rigolet
Our guests will meet and work with one of Belgium's most celebrated chefs, Mr. Lionel Rigolet.
The evening begins with a glass of champagne accompanied by an assortment of Hors d'oeuvres served in our Florentine gardens or hotel bar. Following the welcome reception, Chef Rigolet invites you into the kitchen and begins the “hands-on” lessons, which means you will be preparing, tasting and cooking alongside him. Small groups ensure that each participant enjoys individual attention.
Cooking sessions are fully participatory where guests are actively involved in every aspect of food preparation and cooking, accompanied by wine tastings, beverages, hors d'oeuvres and sweets. Afterwards, participants will share a round table tasting of their culinary creations which will be constuctively evaluated by Chef Riolet.
Class concludes with an elaborate 3 course gourmet menu prepared entirely and exclusively by Chef Riolet.
Cost of this exclusive culinary event is 200€ per person.
